How SWFL Contractor Match works
You tell us about the job
Project type, ZIP code, timeline and a few details.
We match you
We send your request to up to 3 independent contractors in our network who serve your area and do that kind of work.
You decide
The contractors contact you to discuss the job and give quotes. You choose who to hire, or nobody at all.
Is it really free?
Yes, for homeowners. Contractors in our network pay us for introductions to people who've asked for help with a project. That's how the service is funded.
Who are the contractors?
They're independent local businesses, not our employees. We ask every contractor in our network for a current Florida license and insurance, but you should still check the license yourself and choose carefully. Our guides show you how.
SWFL Contractor Match is a free referral service, not a contractor. We don't perform construction work or hold a contractor license. We connect homeowners with independent contractors, who are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits and work. Always verify a contractor's Florida license at myfloridalicense.com before you sign a contract.
